| Verghese Kurien Centre of Excellence (VKCoE) at IRMA requires Communication and Outreach Consultant, Research Fellow (RF) and Junior Research Fellow (JRF).
Communication and Outreach Consultant. 1. Qualification and Experience: For Communication and Outreach Consultant: Post Graduate in Journalism and Mass Communication from reputed Universities and Institutions like IIMC and MICA with 2-3 years of relevant work experience. Experience in Rural sector policies and sector organizations will be preferred. 2. Number of Post: 01. 3. Remuneration and Tenure: Candidates should be available to initiate the work at the earliest. VKCoE offers a consolidated remuneration in the range of Rs.40,000/- to Rs.50,000/- per month for Communication and Outreach Consultant, Rs.50,000/- per month for the RF position, and Rs.30,000/- per month for the JRF position. Residential accommodation in IRMA campus may be provided based on availability. This is a contractual position for 24 months (with probation of 6 months) with a possibility of extension based on the performance and conduct of the candidate and availability of projects. The general terms and conditions of employment at IRMA will be applicable. 4. Job Profile: The Communication and Outreach Consultant will provide support to various activities of the Centre, especially with respect to media outreach, organisation of workshops, conferences and other events, establishing networks with media houses, publications in leading print and digital media, in-house publications. Assisting the editorial team, design of templates for various events, development of content and report writing will be part of the role. |
